The information in the BlkWomenHustle® Academy is for educational purposes only and is not guaranteed to provide solutions for your business and/or career.
The courses in the BlkWomenHustle® Academy are intended to educate registrants with knowledge, skills, and resources to improve their business development and professional development. However, we make no representations, guarantees, or warranties that the information or activities in the courses will be appropriate for you or guarantees a result in improvement of your careers and businesses.
Registrants must be at least 18 years of age or older. Any use of or access to the BlkWomenHustle® Academy by anyone under the age of 18 is unauthorized, unlicensed, and in violation of these Terms. By purchasing a course in the Academy, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of the BlkWomenHustle® Academy and platform. BlkWomenHustle® has sole right and discretion to determine whether to sell our courses to any individual and may reject a purchase by any individual with or without explanation.
Registrant information, including full name and email address will be provided to the facilitator(s) and the BlkWomenHustle® platform. By registering, you grant BlkWomenHustle® and its facilitator(s) permission to contact you via email. The collection of your information in our database remains in accordance to our privacy policy. In accordance with the law, you may unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing prior to the date of the course for which you’ve registered may put you at risk for missing vital information regarding changes to the courses.
Registrants who are disruptive to the facilitator, attendees, and BlkWomenHustle® Academy courses through inappropriate written or verbal remarks and/or behaviors will be removed from the course immediately.
Course dates and topics are subject to change and/or cancellation. in the case of a change or cancellation, registrants are able to request a full refund.All sales for courses are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. Courses are recorded live and currently are not available on demand. Courses in the BlkWomenHustle® Academy are protected under United States and foreign copyrights. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication of course content by you or your business(es) is strictly prohibited. Your purchase of courses in the Academy does not grant you any ownership rights to our learning materials and resources. Any breach in the terms of this agreement may result in legal action and termination of your access to the BlkWomenHustle® platform.
Courses in the BlkWomenHustle Academy may contain references or links to materials from third-parties. Reference to any third-party products, services, processes or other information, by trade name, trademark, manufacturer, supplier or otherwise does not constitute or imply endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation thereof, or any affiliation with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.
In no event will BlkWomenHustle or its employees, contractors, vendors, affiliates, or agents be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use or misuse of course content, whether such damages arise in contract, tort, negligence, equity, or statute or by way of any other legal theory regardless of whether such damages could have been foreseen. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, BlkWomenHustle’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the course we provide prior to the event giving rise to liability.
The content provided in courses through the BlkWomenHustle® Academy is provided “as is”, “as available” with “all faults” and all warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed (including but not limited to the disclaimer of any implied warranties of courses for a particular purpose). Course content and Zoom platform may contain bugs, errors, problems,or other limitations. BlkWomenHustle®, including our facilitators, have no liability whatsoever for your use of our website, platform, content, or the Zoom app (website, mobile, tablet, or desktop). BlkWomenHustle® does not promise any specific results from enrollment in courses in the Academy. BlkWomenHustle® does not represent or warrant that courses provided by our platform and/or facilitators and content found within are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free or that any such items are free of viruses or other harmful components.
All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses and/or bugs somehow attributed to our content and services is disclaimed. Without limiting the foregoing, you understand and agree that you download or otherwise obtain content through our website, platform, services, or Zoom at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for your use thereof and any damages to your mobile device, desktop, laptop, tablet, or computer system , loss of data, or other harm of any kind that may result.
